Phone photos of every wall, floor, ceiling, and doorway are enough. Attach the venue floor plan PDF if you have one. Guest count and vibe brief round it out.
First concepts in 24 hours
You get 3-5 first-pass renderings by the next day. We show ceremony, reception, and one detail shot so you can see the direction before committing to a tier.
Swap and iterate live
Pick a tier. Then we work in a live session (Zoom or in person if local). Change palette, table count, decor, lighting. Every swap re-renders while we talk.
Blueprints ship
Floor plan, electrical plan, vendor call sheet, and 3D walkthrough delivered as PDFs your vendors can build off of. Editable versions included.
Day-of coordination (optional)
Command Center tier gets a live channel through the wedding day, plus one on-site consult ahead of time. Remote layout adjustments if the plan needs to shift.
